The Robert R. Waitts Foundation is a public foundation that honors the memory of Robert R. Waitts by providing scholarships to talented, motivated, financially disadvantaged teens, ensuring that they develop the skills and values that can help them succeed as tomorrow's leaders. It was established in 1999 by Maggie Waitts, wife of the late Robert R. Waitts.
In 1999, when the Foundation was established , we were able to sponsor one child with a full scholarship. Within seven years, thanks to the generosity of individuals like you who understand the enormous challenges these deserving teens face, we sponsored 19 more students. But because the annual average tuition per student is $9,500, we need continued support. So, please, help us do more.
